Under construction for the past 3 years, the Willow Island Hydroelectric project, will divert water from the existing Locks and Dam on the Ohio River through two horizontal bulb turbines. The estimated capacity of the powerhouse is 35 MW. DPC’s multiple contracts include installation of an indoor substation, an H-frame structure, multiple PLC cabinets, and erection and installation of turbine / generator electrical components.
