Dustin Flinn
President

Dustin has been an employee of DPC since 2007. He has been the President since 2015. Dustin enjoys the opportunity to lead a collection of driven industry professionals and is incredibly proud of what DPC has become. Dustin is a member of IBEW Local 972, President of the West Virginia/Mid-Ohio Valley chapter of NECA, and serves on several industry-related boards and committees. Dustin is the proud father of three and resides in Williamstown, WV.

Dan Fliehman
Vice President

Dan has worked in the electrical construction field since 1980. He started out as an electrical inspector while in college before joining the IBEW/NECA apprenticeship in 1982. Dan is an active member of NECA, the local JATC, along with several other industry-related organizations. He is a 28-year member of his local fire department and enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and five grandchildren.

Cody Palmer
Controller

Cody graduated from Marietta College in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting. He started working for Davis Pickering & Co., Inc. in 2014 within the accounting department before stepping into his role as Controller in 2017. Cody is a high school basketball coach at Morgan High School and enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife and daughter.

Jason Blue
Division Manager

Jason has been with Davis Pickering, & Co. since January 2011 working as a Project Manager. His background in electrical construction along with his leadership and communication skills has contributed to several projects through DPC. Jason is a volunteer firefighter at his local fire department and enjoys fishing as well as spending time with his three children.

Mike Coiner
Division Manager

Mike Coiner has over 20 years’ experience overseeing all phases of valuable projects within the Industrial Construction field. At Davis Pickering & Co., Inc., he is well known for his extraordinary ability to complete projects on time, under budget, and most importantly; safely. Mike enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his wife and three children.

Jered Hill
Division Manager

Jered has over 20 years of experience managing all phases of multi-million-dollar construction projects. His previous experiences are with a mid-major general contractor and 10 years of military service in the United States Army. Jered has a Bachelor of Science from Marshall University. He enjoys being outdoors and spending time with his family and friends.

Corey Meadows
Division Manager

Corey attended West Virginia University of Parkersburg where he studied electrical engineering and Industrial Design. He has been employed with Davis Pickering & Co., Inc. for 10 years serving primarily as a project manager over cap-ex projects in Ohio, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Virginia. Not only is Corey an avid pilot, but he also serves as a president of a local non-profit organization that shares aviation with children within the community.
